The Lost Valley (Dodo Press)

James Morgan Walsh (1897-1952) was an Australian author. Encouraged by the success of The Lost Valley (1921), he became a fulltime writer in 1923. He produced fifty-eight novels under his own name. He produced five crime adventures under the pseudonym H. Haverstock Hill. He produced international spy sagas and tales of urban crime. He also produced a huge number of short stories. His works were translated into many languages. Amongst his other works are Anne of Flying Gap (1926), Spoil of the Desert (1927) and Golden Harvest (1929).
