He/she will need a Small, Medium, and Large to keep up with their rapid growth. * To properly use the Tortle, you must pull the beanie down as far as possible so the crown of the head is fitted into the top of beanie and ears are covered. If beanie is covering baby"s eyebrows, you can fold the front of the beanie. * When using the Tortle to prevent Flat Head Syndrome (plagiocephaly and torticollis), place support roll behind baby"s ear to aid in the repositioning of baby"s head from left to right.
