Inspiring stories of perseverance orbit around one man, Myron Miller, a 69-year-old high school football coach who reaches at-risk kids. Through examples from his own childhood, Miller earns the respect of his athletes. The personal stories of Miller and his players mimic the grit and grind of the double wing offense that Miller coaches. In 2008 six of Miller"s players hit the NFL: Sam Baker, Beau Bell, Chris Chester, DeShaun Foster, Matt McCoy, and Frostee Rucker. Three still play on Sundays.
