Start the tape measure at the top of your pants waistband in the front - take it up your chest, over your shoulder, down your back, to the top of your waistband in back. The amount of total inches equals the size you"ll need your suspenders to be. Remember that - up to 48" - means the suspenders can be adjusted to a shorter length.
