The album is a mixture of traditional and contemporary music through which Cathy shares her love of Christ in a style that is quiet, reflective and meditative in nature. Accompanied by harp, cello, violin, viola, and keyboard, Cathy has composed three of the hymns for this recording: Into The Light, Who Is This Man, and For Love.
