The QuikClot EMS 4x4 Dressing is a sterile nonwoven 4-ply gauze pad that is impregnated with the active ingredient in all QuikClot products: kaolin. * The (3) 4 x 4s (6-ply, 4" X 4") come individually packaged and are contained in an easy-rip package which enables rapid access and treatment. * Soft, white, sterile, nonwoven gauze impregnated with kaolin, an inert mineral that does not contain animal or human proteins or botanicals. * Indicated for the temporary external control of traumatic bleeding. * It is flexible and pliable and contours to all wounds.
