Wilderness Journeys is an exploration of those areas that still represent the quintessential spirit of Africa. We have chosen 26 remote trails that are not easily accessible in a sedan car trails that take you on real wilderness journeys. They include the lakes of southern Mozambique, some of Africa"s top game-viewing destinations in Botswana, the wind-swept dunes of the Namib Desert, the snow-capped peaks of Lesotho"s Malotis, and the mountain desert of South Africa"s Richtersveld. We enjoyed driving these routes.
