Condition: Brand new in original package. How To USE? 1. Apply a base coat, and your favourite colour of nail polish. Allow to thoroughly dry before applying decals. 2. Peel away protective plastic & Cut out the decal from the strip and trim to size 3. Leave the decal to soak in a bowl of water for 20-30 seconds, then remove from water with tweezers or your finger 4. Slide the backing away from the decal and place on the nail. Carefully move it around and smooth it down until you are happy with the way it looks. 5. Use a tissue to dab off any excess water and allow to dry. 6.
