This work looks at the subject of dreams, and in particular at the cross-over area between the psychological and the spiritual. It focuses on key dreams that have held within them some sense of the numinous, and that have a power to heal our lives. The book tries to map out some of the routes to the understanding of experiences which Western rationalism and a Freudian and mechanistic view of human beings may have neglected - to our cost. Crossing boundaries and categories, the book is a blend of the rational and spiritual quest to find understanding and wisdom in the cross-over area between the psychological and the mystical. If we take such dreams seriously we may uncover a wisdom that will enrich, alter and transform our lives and the way we act within the world.
