Recent law school grad Gary Gold wants to do well. He wants to be a big shot and make his parents proud. He dreams of becoming rich and practicing law in the greatest city in the world. But his big dreams may have big repercussions. Gary lands his first job working at Croz & Associates, a gritty personal injury law firm in downtown Manhattan. He learns how to play the game both inside and outside of the office, but he soon realizes he"ll never "make it" working for Cy Croz. Confident with his skills honed at Croz & Associates, Gary opens his own law firm, but the rigors wear on him. Just as his dreams of becoming a successful trial attorney begin to fade, a wealthy attorney explains that in order to achieve success Gary must learn how to "hustle." Blinded by greed, Gary makes some fateful choices and is in for a wild ride-a journey that threatens not only his life, but the lives of those close to him.
