"Drink Small" is not a reference to the beverages used to adjust Alice"s height in Wonderland, but the name of an enigmatic South Carolina-based blues guitarist/vocalist. This, his only LP, is reissued here on CD. He has written a number of blues tunes which he sings with his own guitar accompaniment on this album. The Piedmont area has always produced good blues singers, and he"s just the latest in a long line of Carolina bluesmen.
