What it means to be a physician has changed dramatically over the past few decades. Not only has the practice of medicine become more complex, being an outstanding clinician alone isn"t enough any more-you also have to have business sense. This issue was created out of a heartfelt understanding and empathy for the complexity surrounding what it means to be a physician today.
