This CD was released in 1995. Edwin Bradfield "Sonny" Chillingworth, Jr was one of the greatest and most influential Hawaiian slack key guitarists. His eclectic approach spanned a wide spectrum of cultures outside of Hawaiian music such as Puerto Rican, Portuguese, Mexican, and Mainland music styles. But, no matter what the style Sonny kept his playing firmly established in his love for the people and heritge of Hawai"i. His warm and rich voice was ideally suited for romantic songs and paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) songs.
