This filter reduces odors, chlorine taste and odor, bad taste, sediment and asbestos. It removes greater than 99.95% of Cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts fromy our drinking water. Filter life is up to 50 gallons or 6 months. P-25A is interchangeable with the Culligan D-250A water filter set.
