This nickel plated round spiral skimmer with aluminum handle. The skimmer is a great way to remove unwanted ingredients, such as large bay leaves or excess fried batter, from out of hot liquids. Simply dip the skimmer into the hot liquid and remove. If you have mildly good aim, you will have pulled the unwanted ingredients out of the stock. Measures 6-inch diameter by 13-inch length.
