We"ve taken plank grilling to a whole new level of subtlety and sophistication with such favors as sugar maple, cedar, cherry and alder. Hardwood planks enhance and enliven food, without overpowering like Mesquite can. All grilling planks are sustainably harvested and hand picked. We- work- with local tree farmers, selecting our wood from the mature trees.
