Can the Last Fiddler Dance?

A cross between The Godfather and Amadeus, the novel describes gangland and musical characters caught in their Karma and in search of power and meaning. The hero, Herbie Rappaport, is a hapless violinist who stumbles on a plot to hijack his Philharmonic and must fight to survive the consequences. The story is accompanied by performances of symphonies, opera, ballet and jazz.
