Perfection Strips 6 piece Set. These plastic strips come in pairs with the following thickness: 2mm (1/16"); 4mm (1/8") and 6mm (1/4"). They are perfect to use with chocolate transfer sheets to allow for even coating of chocolate on the transfer sheets. Can also be used with pie dough, fondant and cookie dough. Place the same size strips on each side of the product being rolled or leveled, roll the dough flat, rolling over the strips at the same time. The dough will be perfectly even. A great tool!
