The Eva Trio Dura collection of pots and pans are made of solid aluminum, a metal with excellent heat-conducting properties which evenly and quickly distributes heat when boiling or frying foods. The collection features a PFOA-free non-stick coating on the inner surface which ensures that nothing sticks, and it facilitates easy cleaning. The outer surface is anodized, which makes the cookware particularly hard-wearing and durable, and resistant to foods containing acid. The pots and pans can be used on all stove top heat sources, including induction. The roasting pan is to be used in the oven. Dishwasher safe. Designer: Ole Palsby
