A heavy bodied, water based elastomeric thermoplastic copolymer coating designed to create a safe barrier over lead containing paints. INSL Cap Compound is nontoxic and environmentally safe. It provides long term protection from lead hazards. Meets all Federal VOC VOS standards. Suggested uses: To be used as a remedial alternative to removal of lead painted surfaces. Do not use on floors or exterior surfaces. Drytime: 2 to 4 hours (to touch). Full cure: 12 to 24 days. Cleanup: Soap and warm water. Paintable when fully dry. Eggshell finish is white in color. Covers approximately 180 sq. ft. per gallon. Read label for proper application and surface preparation.
