In a Steam-Punk age not far from now, an American submarine crew is trapped in the arctic for almost two years. Upon returning to America, they find themselves in an apocalyptic world overrun with rabid zombies. This book not only tells of the plague, but of a place of safety in a nation gone mad - and possibly a cure for death itself!
