The 32nd president of the United States, Herbert Clark Hoover, was burdened with the task of running the country in one of the most historically difficult ages of our country, the Great Depression. The theory of self-correction and the credence this too will pass were being preached by politicians from the east to west coasts. It wasnt until Hoover familiarized himself with the nations industrial leaders, economists, investors, and bankers that he came up with his super plan.
