This sixth-size anti-jam steam table pan from Browne-Halco has a unique anti-jam design around the full perimeter of the pan that prevents the edges from being damaged. Constructed from 18/8 stainless steel material. This features is also present on the inside of the pans so that multiple pans can stack without jamming together while providing space between pans for ventilation, allowing pans to completely dry for proper sanitation. The edges and corners are reinforced to resist bending. Metal thickness is 24-gauge. Comes with 2.1-quart capacity. Measures 6-7/8-inch length by 6-3/8-inch width by 4-inch depth.
