This handy kitchen tool can be used to separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Just hold it over the bowl, or rest it on the top of a measuring cup. Then crack your egg into it. The egg white slips out around the edges, while the yolk stays in the center. This egg separator is approximately 5-1/2 inches long (tip to end of handle) and 2 inches wide where the egg gets separated.
