They use the best woods available, including Canadian Maple, Indiana Walnut, Pennsylvania Cherry, and Wisconsin Birch and Maple. A generous 14" x 20" and a sturdy 3/4" thick, this Jumbo Carving Board with Juice Well is designed for carving and serving. A wide groove along the perimeter contains the juices generated during carving, keeping your counter or table neat. You can also flip it over and use the flat side as a pastry/prep board.
