The autobiography of Nanik Rupani. With an unfinished college education, he initially took up a job in Ghana, and rose to departmental head. He then returned to India to set up a telecommunications business, a line which till then had been the monopoly of the Government. He went on to make it one of the foremost companies supplying and servicing telecommunications and teleconferencing equipment. The title of his book reflects his philosophy that success is not a monopoly of the privileged few, but can be achieved by anyone with the necessary hard and well-directed work.
