Size Guidelines Extra Small/Kitten Size (less than 6 months old/5lbs and less): Kittens and small cats up to 5lbs generally wear extra small size. Medium (9-13lbs): Most average sized adult cats will wear medium sized Kitty Caps. Large (14lbs and up): Very large boned and large breed cats will likely wear large.
