The PowerArm Baseball Full Set is a full strength training system that is designed for all Position Players. A Door Hinge anchor encased in latex rubber (will not damage hinge) permits use year around, indoors or out. The Full Set includes: 3 Resistance Tubes, (8 lbs., 10 lbs. and 12lbs. of Resistance) - Official size Baseball - Door Hinge Anchor (also for use on Post or Fence) - Backpack - and a PowerArm Brochure with Instructions. Players 8-12 years of age normally start with the green tube, players 13-14 start with the red tube, and players 15 and older start with the blue tube. Players with advanced body development may start with a more resistant tube.
