La Carte Pastel Card BlocksAn exceptional surface for pastel artists. Very finely ground pH neutral vegetable flakes are applied by hand to a 200 lb neutral board stock resulting in a texture that is slightly abrasive with perfectly uniform tooth. Unlike sanded paper La Carte Pastel Card was originally created specifically for pastel artists and therefore offers excellent pigment adhesion without the aggressiveness of sanded paper yet sturdy archival and highly resistant to fading.
