Explores areas of overlap of contract and tort principles, including remedies, misrepresentation, and fraud. The materials on remedies are sufficiently self-contained to allow professors to teach remedies at any point during the course. The materials afford a number of opportunities for the instructor to explore and emphasize issues of contract law theory and various public policy limitations on the concept of freedom of contract. Problems introduce a number of generic business situations.
