This lovely set of glass and slate cloches will come in handy for many functions. The larger cloche has a 6 inch square piece of slate that you can write on with chalk (chalk not provided) and has grooved slots for the glass cloche to sit nicely in place. The glass cloche is 7-1/2 inches tall x 5 inches in diameter with a decorative knob on top. The smaller cloche has a 4-1/2 inch round piece of slate and the glass cloche is 4-3/4 inches tall x 3-1/2 inches in diameter, also with a decorative knob on top. The small cloche looks great with an LED tealight glowing inside. The larger one looks great with a 3 inch tall pillar candle. We recommend flameless candles in these cloches. They are great for cheese and crackers, or other items for serving. A great set for many uses and you can just use the slate and remove the cloche
