The Sashco Log Builder is a 100% water-based acrylic latex chinking sealant that mimics the texture of cement-based mortar and grout for filling or sealing gaps or cracks in log home construction applications. The caulk provides more elasticity than cement-based chinking materials. It is paintable with latex and oil-based paints, stains, and primers.
