The GAMMA Mobility Ladder is for training foot speed, quickness, balance and coordination for all sports. Two 15 foot sections combine for a total 30 foot length or place them side-by-side for footwork drills between the two ladder sections. Rungs are adjustable to fit the stride of any person. The Mobility Ladder comes with a drill book and an all-weather zippered nylon carrying case.
