HHX cymbals, like their HH counterparts, are hand hammered by a Sabian cymbal maker in the factory. The HHX line has been modified from its HH roots by including Sabian"s "Tone Projection" design - you"ll notice much larger ridges and bumps on the bow of the cymbal. This design increases projection and "spiciness", effectively creating a more modern version of the already dark HH sound.
