The Max Burton Induction Griddle is ideally constructed to work with induction cooktops but will work with any cooking surface or in the oven. The unique induction-ready base allows conductivity between the die cast aluminium cooking surface and the induction cooktop. Features two coats of Xylan surface and heat proof silicone handles. All parts are dishwasher proof.
