Whirlpool also uses this as the replacement for Puriclean II Water Filter Kit. This filter removes contaminants such as lead, cyst, rbidity,toxaphene, asbestos, atrazine, lindane, benzene, carbofuran, p-dichlorobenzene and mercury.
