Just open up any of these Apps and pair the RFLKT within the Settings menu. The RFLKT also works with the Wahoo Fitness App, available in the App Store. The Wahoo Fitness App tracks your ride progress using the phone"s GPS and displays all of your critical cycling data such as speed, distance, pedaling cadence (Wahoo Blue SC required and sold separately), heart rate (Wahoo Blue HR heart rate monitor required and sold separately), and more. A Fully Configurable Screen The RFLKT display is completely configurable. You can design your own screens to show any number of data fields from one up to a total of eight. If you are a total data junkie, you can make multiple screens and scroll between them on your ride. Also, you can display your music, scroll between songs and play/pause. The RFLKT has four buttons (two on each side) to control your music, record a lap, or scroll to the next data screen. Each button is configurable to suit your unique preferences.
