The 9" CeraCarb is for use in gravity filter systems. The CeraCarb includes a special mix of carbon and medias which are infused throughout the filter to remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts, and feature exceptional chemical and heavy metal removal capabilities. The CeraCarb elements do not remove the beneficial minerals from the water, ensuring the filtered water is enjoyable to drink and yet safe from harmful impurities.
