Just lay the rug flat on the floor under or close to your bed and step on it to activate the rug light, all the remote lights that are within range and having corresponding system and channel settings will also turn on after a delay of 0-2 seconds. The lights will stay on until you step on the rug again, all the lights will turn off automatically.
