Like archaeologists digging up the past, photographers taking snapshots of time and beachcombers filling their pockets with seashells, the students at Longfellow Spanish Immersion Middle School have gathered family stories to share a glimpse into their lives. Stories enrich our lives, touch our hearts, make us laugh & cry, fill us with wonder and cause us to pause & reflect. Most importantly, stories remind us of our commonalities. Even when it seems like nothing else does, stories connect us. As you read our collection of oral histories, it is our hope that you too will remember that, although we have many voices, we share the same world & the same story.
