The Pate Mold is designed for making meat or vegetarian pate but can also be sued for baking bread or cake. Two pins located on opposite sides are removable for quickly unmolding. Can be used for baked or unbaked pate. The steel construction encourages uniform baking or chilling while non-stick coating provides quick release and easy clean-up.
