ROOF-TEC Elastomeric, Smooth Grade Caulk & Sealant is a heavy bodied, flexible, elastomeric caulk and sealant for filling and patching cracks and roof structures and on vertical masonry, stucco, and concrete block. It provides excellent adhesion, long life, and is resistant to failure by expansion, contraction, or other joint movement. It is fast drying and may be painted with all Roof-Tec products. For use on interior or exterior surfaces. A gallon covers 24 lineal feet with a swatch 6 inches wide and 1/8 inch in thickness (12 Sq. ft.). For best results use a polyester membrane to reinforce repair. Apply with brush or roller.
