If there is no post back, just hang them. Basically, it is best to put your longest earrings on the bottom and the smallest ones to fill in. Be sure that the single row of ROUND holes are on the bottom. Just drive the 2 quality stainless steel screws (included) directly through the screw holes located on the right and left side wall spacers/offsets. ***You can also use 1/2" Heavy Duty Foam Tape (not provided) or 4 Medium Command Strips (not provided) for smooth surfaces, glass or mirrors. Follow their directions and only use only new-fresh-non-yellowed 3M or Scotch brand tapes. Do not install on wall papered walls.
