They can also be used to temporarily replace faulty cameras in case spares are not available while repairs are being performed. This dummy camera is designed to look like a wireless outdoor brick camera. The camera has a motor which slowly swings it back and forth. This combines with the blinking red LED to indicate camera activity and further emulate a real security camera.
