The goal of this teaching aid is to develop reading and oral skills. The aid is based on two books of one of the youngest and best known Russian politicians, Boris Nemtsov, "Provincial Governor" and "Provincial" in Moscow. Extracts included in this book allow identification of the dominant characteristics of a new Russian politician, and to learn modern political lexics. Each chapter includes assignments and self-checking questions.
