The Combat RiteFit™ Harness is an addition to the line of RiteFit™ harnesses. Ritefit harnesses has a patent pending design where the neck portion of the harness is adjustable by way of hook and loop and buckle closures. It is adjustable on both sides of the neck in order to keep the harness balanced. Pet owners who have tried our Soft Harnesses and unfortunately fall in between sizes have found the RiteFit harnesses provide for an easier way to put the harness on the dog, as well as adjusting it to the correct size of their dog"s neck girth. Since the soft harnesses are worn over the head of the dog, many owners have found that the neck opening was slightly small and had a hard time with finding the correct size but the RiteFit harnesses make it easier for the owner to select the proper size, as the harness is adjustable in the neck as well as the chest girth, via a chest belt. The Combat RiteFit harness is available in Pink, Navy and Camouflage in sizes ranging from Small to Extra-Large. Also available is the Combat Vest Harness B, which uses the same camouflage patter as the Combat RiteFit, and matching leads are also available in Medium and Large. Please note that because these products were created with small/medium dog breeds in mind, and larger sizes (i.e. Large, Extra-Large, etc.) do not necessarily mean larger breeds. IMPORTANT: Please note that when measuring your dog, the measurement for the neck must be taken at the BASE OF THE NECK and chest girth must be taken behind the front legs. Also it is important to take into account the size of the dog"s head as well as neck girth and chest girth. Since some dogs have a much larger head than their neck, please be sure that the neck opening is large enough to slide over your dog"s head.
