The Black Beauty Zucchini is an heirloom summer squash variety with great flavor. It is great for cooking, but also from fresh eating. You can harvest the squash early for smaller fruit, or you can let them grow large. They can grow extremely large, but have the best flavor when they are between 5 and 7 inches long.
