This oriental sweet & sour sauce comes from Teresita "Mama Sita" Reyes, whose family founded the Aristocrat chain of restaurants in 1936. Simply dissolve contents in 3/4 cup pineapple juice or water. Boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
