These are a beautiful shade and have a beautiful appearance. Please note these have an Opaque Non-See Through Appearance. Perfect for birthdays, weddings, showers, proms, etc. They are marked 11" although I have no problems inflating to 12" to coordinate with my other balloons. They are not filled, you can fill at your local store, or rent a helium tank. You can also air fill it and tape to the wall. The latex balloon will need to be tied or use balloon clips which I carry in my store. Latex balloons when filled will last 8-24 hours, best to inflate right before your event.
