Over 500,000 potential military recruits take the ASVAB each year. To qualify for enlistment, candidates must receive a minimum score in the verbal and math sections of the test. The combination of these areas is known as the Armed Forces Qualification Test (AFQT). Themath sections are: Mathematics Knowledge and Arithmetic Reasoning. This book gives the additional help potential recruits may need in order to feel confident on test day and score high for enlistment. This book can also help enlisted service members who need qualifying scores on the Armed Forces Classification Test (AFCT) in order to change careers within the military.
